Blair Bewitches Colgate Community: As part of the Global Leaders Lecture Series, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair was invited to Colgate to speak on the global challenges currently confronting world leaders. According to Blair, international cooperation, using a combination of “hard” and “soft” power, is the way to overcome these difficulties.
