How do you react when you see a crime occurring? A fellow student just damaged something in a residence hall; an uninvited visitor just attempted to get into a building without having a host on site to accompany him/her; a person is seen damaging or stealing something from someone's vehicle. Each week you notice events in the Blotter that have required someone in our community to make that decision, often on the spot. At Colgate and the greater communities in which you will live, we hope your moral compass will kick in and you will contact the enforcement agencies responsible for the place you are and assist them in making your community a safer place in which to live and learn.
