This is officially my last Ram blings. I have enjoyed working with every single member of my Executive Board, every Governance Board member and every single senator. I would like to give a special thank you to the seniors on Executive Board, Casey McCormack, Ryan Trow, Kevin McAvey, and Kaitlin LaCasse for helping me all year long. This job provided me with an opportunity to meet many talented and unique members of the Colgate community. Every student is a member of the Student Government Association and I am proud to say that each one of you contributes a lot of wonderful things to Colgate. I am excited for next year's leadership team and all the great things that they will add to Colgate. The newly elected Governance board members will have a big responsibility and will play an integral role in shaping the future of Colgate.
The SGA along with the AAB heard this week that the Swim Test is cancelled effective 2005. The SGA also heard that the Faculty Governance Board moved to accept the Fractional Credit System. This means that those of you who have lab or go on extended study programs will soon receive credit for all your extra hard work. This is an excellent move for Colgate and I am excited for the future of the Fractional Credit System.
I would like to thank all of our April Visit Day hosts for taking time out of your busy schedules to help welcome the future of Colgate University. In addition I would like to thank all of my friends who have helped the SGA and I accomplish a tremendous amount this year. Thanks again for a wonderful year...you have made it extremely special for me. I would lastly like to thank Steve Fair and Kay Traester for allowing me to have this unique opportunity and congratulate them on a wonderful year. Take Care and Stay Classy Colgate! Look out for DudBurnlings next year.
